About Tricia

Before launching Dunlap Law in 2015, she learned the ropes first as General Counsel for Christensen Global Strategies a sustainability consulting firm, and then at the Richmond headquarters of McGuireWoods LLP an AMLaw 100 law firm with 20 offices and over 1,000 attorneys worldwide. She has served on a number of non-profit boards, including: the Virginia Green Travel Alliance (presently, Secretary); the Metro Richmond Women's Bar Association, Green Roofs for Healthy Cities, and the Virginia Council for Social Studies.

Tricia Dunlap's business law and corporate sustainability practice serves emerging and established privately-held companies, Fortune 500-1000 companies, municipalities or local governments, and non-profits on business law, intellectual property (IP), licensing, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and general counsel matters.
